Covid Plan 2023

Things are getting back to normal regarding COVID 19 and we are all learning to live with it. However we've all learnt that things can change often and quickly.

Wine is clearly an essential. 😊

Twilight Concerts:

If a concert has to be cancelled due to extreme weather, Covid or WA Health restrictions, a refund, new tickets or a wine credit will be offered.
If the event can go-ahead, even if in an altered way, such as with mandatory mask wearing, no refunds or credits will be offered.

If you cannot attend due to ill-health no refunds will be offered

Cellar Door:

The Cellar Door has been open everyday during this pandemic for wine sales, click & collect, online and telephone sales.

Your health and safety will always be of paramount importance to us at Upper Reach.

Our already high cleaning practices have been upgraded to ensure that every protection is taken.
Our Cellar Door is spacious, the many doors & windows will be open to allow air to flow freely, whenever the weather allows.

Upper Reach anticates that all our customers will comply with any Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia and/or access Upper Reach's premises, event or service.

Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:
(a)  prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or
(b)  for entry to the event or venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Wine Experiences:

If you cannot attend an event, a wine appreciation class, winery tour or tasting due to Government Restrictions, we will of course rebook your experience.

Refunds or rebooking will be offered in the event of a full lockdown; this is when you are not legally allowed to travel from your home or to ours.

If you cancel attending an experience due to contracting Covid, refunds can not be offered; as a small business we have held that place for you and won't be able to fill it if you don't attend.

Cottage Bookings:

Refunds and/or rescheduling your stay will be offered when Government Restrictions prevent you from travelling from your home or travelling to us.
You need to give us as much notice as possible, if insufficient notice is given we may only offer a credit rather than a refund.
Sufficient notice depends on when restrictions have been applied.
Bank charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), however such an offer is at the absolute discretion of Upper Reach.

Upper Reach reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses, bank charges and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
