Returns & Refund Policy
We're sure you'll love our wines, they've been made with all our care and attention. But we understand things can change, we will do all we can to look after you.
Firstly get in touch with us and let's sort this out.
Call us on 08 9296 0078 so we can discuss the issue and potiential return of Goods and/or arrange a refund or exchange.
You can return the Goods and ask for a refund if:
- you believe that Goods we charged you for were not provided, or
- there is a fault or defect with the Goods you have purchased.
Any returned Goods will be refunded using the same method of payment and price as the original transaction and must:
- be returned within 28 days of purchase
- be unopened
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with extra benefits in addition to those rights, because your happiness is very important to us.
The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to email, phone or visit us so we can sort everything out for immediately.

Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.
If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging, and to you agreeing to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation.
If your order has already been processed, you can return your wine (within 28 days) by visiting the Cellar Door.
