Wine 101 | Wine Tasting for Beginners
This is where your wine journey begins.
Wine 101 is perfect for beginners or casual wine lovers looking to taste and talkabout wine with confidence. You’ll learn how to swirl, sniff, sip, and identify key wine flavours using a tasting plate of fruits, nuts, herbs, chocolate and spices.
You’ll Discover:

Terms and Conditions For Wine Classes
Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable, as are guest no shows.
Transfer of tickets (at Upper Reach’s discretion) to an alternative date will incur a $15 transfer fee per ticket. Upper Reach must be notified of transfers 48hours before the Winery Tour/ Education Class is to take place.
Refunds
Upper Reach Winery reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen event or circumstances.
In the event a class is cancelled, clients will be rebooked onto an alternative tour date of their choice OR offered a refund of the full ticket price.
Upper Reach Winery reserves the right to refuse guests who we believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs for the safety of all guests. Full tickets will be forfeited under these circumstances and no refund will be provided.
Children
These classes are not suitable for people under the age of 18. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
