Vineyard Cottage Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our vineyard cottage is a single, exclusive retreat, and these policies ensure a seamless experience for all our guests while helping us maintain the quality and charm of the property.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 21 days of your arrival: the full booking amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival: a $100 administration fee applies.
Guest Numbers & Use of Cottage
- The cottage is reserved for the number of guests specified in your booking. Parties, events, or additional guests are not permitted.
Care of the Cottage
- Guests are asked to leave the cottage in good order. This includes washing any used dishes and kitchenware.
- Any excessive mess, dirt, or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair charges, which will be debited from your credit card.
