The Upper Reach Cottage is the only one of its kind in the Swan Valley. The original workers cottage, built in 1907, has been refurbished to include everything you need.

The cottage has two queen-sized bedrooms, perfect for a family or two couples. Prices for two people are based on sharing one bedroom, and the second bedroom can be opened for a small charge.

Log fire, leather sofas and a full kitchen

The living room has two comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a bluetooth speaker, as well as a log fire.

This room leads into the kitchen and dining area, with an antique dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, gas stove top, full-size fridge and microwave.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area, cooling and warming the entire cottage.

Your very own 20 acre vineyard

After a day of exploring the Valley, retreat to your cottage surrounded by your very own 20 acre vineyard. Settle down for the afternoon on the deck with a glass of wine and some cheese, and watch the sun set over the vines. Then light the fire or start the barbeque.

Best of all, a fabulous wine tasting at our Cellar Door is only a minute's stroll away, as is a lazy lunch at the Restaurant and the beautiful Swan River.

Our friends who we invited were delighted with the food and surroundings. I had the lamb for entree and pork for mains. Simply amazing. All the other dishes were sensational. Our faves are the reserve chardonnay and the shiraz.We attended the Valentines concert with. Group of friends, such a fantastic night! Would recommend it!

The food and wine were absolutely delicious—we ordered a variety of entrées and mains to share, and loved every single dish. The atmosphere is incredible and so peaceful, perfect for a relaxing lunch. The service was outstanding: the staff were very attentive, friendly. Even though it was quite busy, we never felt overlooked or waited long for anything. A wonderful experience all around! I had previously also been to the Treehouse  on the same property, and the pizza there was excellent too—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection in the woodfire Pizza oven!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 2026 - This winery sits on stunning grounds with a beautifully arranged wine‑tasting cellar, individual bar, restaurant, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax; whether you prefer picnicking on the grass or unwinding at the shaded tables. The overall atmosphere is lovely and perfect for a leisurely day out, and while the wine‑tasting experience itself felt a little subdued and could benefit from some additional seating in the cellar door, the setting more than compensates. It’s also a dog‑friendly spot, and although I’d keep visiting dogs out of the tasting room to ensure everyone feels comfortable, meeting Poppy (the owners’ charming golden retriever) was an absolute delight and added a warm, personal touch to the visit.
