2021 Reserve Shiraz
We make some of Western Australia's best Shiraz, as a result of the micro-climate found in the lowest part, the gully area of our Swan Valley vineyard.
The gully's clay river soil and cooler temperatures create this outstanding Shiraz, oh and a bit of decent winemaking too!
- Hand-picked and sorted
- crushed and de-stemmed
- open fermented after 36 hours cold soak
- 10 days on skins
- into French oak for 12 months maturation
BTW this is a Vegan wine, it is unfiltered and unfined- minimal intervention and all totally plant (in fact grape) based.

The essential characters of plummy fleshy fruit, mocha and dark chocolate are there but with a slightly savoury meaty addition. The palate has a more gravelly feel to it.
