The large, classic bathroom has a spa bath and walk-in shower, the toilet is in a separate room. Outside the deck overlooks our vineyard, there is a gas BBQ as well as an outdoor lounge for you to enjoy.
The living room has two comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo as well as a log fire. This room leads into the kitchen/dining area, with an antique dining table and fully equipped kitchen, including fan forced oven, gas stove top, full-size fridge and microwave.
The two generous bedrooms make this cottage perfect for two couples or a family with children. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious 1000 thread count sheets, the second bedroom has a double bed, all with Sheridan linen.

The Swan Valley is an ideal place to spend a few days; explore it by car or bicycle, there are lots of great wineries and restaurants, Caversham Wildlife Park is close as is the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm, there is also supergolf, paintballing, horse riding and six breweries to discover.
Perth CBD is only 30 minutes, Perth’s beaches and Fremantle are just 45 minutes drive.
