Technical Notes

  • Our Chardonnay is fermented and matured in French Oak.
  • A third of our Chardonnay does into new french oak, another third into one year old oak and the final third into 2 year old oak.'
  • This Chardonnay undergoes 50% Malolactic Conversion.
  • Rich & Buttery with great ageing potential
  • Pairs perfectly with truffle risotto & creamy pasta dishes like carbonara.
