Using the 'Méthode Traditionelle', this spends at least 60 months on yeast lees before being disgorged by hand.

Green apple & citrus notes are complimented by rich tones of honey & brioche.

Balanced, with a fine creamy mousse and a long refreshing finish.

  • Our Sparkling Chardonnay spends at least 36 months on Yeast Lees before it is released. Adding a rich brioche character.
  • We make our Sparkling using the Traditional method, which is the most labour intensive way to produce sparkling
  • Every bottle is hand disgorged & corked.
  • Our Chardonnay is over 35 years old.
  • Very versatile food wine.
  • Pairs well with shortbread
