All information on this site is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We accept that errors and omissions may occur, if you believe an error has been made please contact us.

We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from this website.

Sales Policy:

Sales are available only to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.

Delivery Policy:

Wines are available for delivery in Australia only.

Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price, with charges indicated during the checkout process.

All wines will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours.

Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery.

Purchases are at the customer’s risk once dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service.

Refund Policy:

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us via any of the means provided on our contact page.

Wine Club Processing is via IntegraPay

Integrapay is an authorised Direct Debit processor, with an Australian Financial License (ASFL no. 418105).
